This Policy describes how we treat user information we collect on http://www.yours.house, the Yours.House mobile application for Android and iOS and other offline sources. This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors to our website and the app. By visiting and/or using our website and/or our android or iOS app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Payment and billing information. We are not a e-commerce website and hence we do not collect any payment related information.

We use your location only to: show you properties and listings near you; show distance to a property and help you find directions; personalise search results and recommendations based on your area; help our team to schedule site visits and assist you at a property, if you have requested one.
Background location. With your permission, the app may collect your location while it is closed or running in the background, in order to support a scheduled site visit. You can switch this to “While using the app” or “Never” at any time in your device settings.
Your choices. Location access is optional. You can allow or deny it when the app first asks, and you can change or withdraw it at any time in your phone’s settings (Settings > Apps > Yours.House > Permissions > Location on Android; Settings > Yours.House > Location on iPhone). If you deny location, the app still works, but you will not see nearby properties and will need to search by city or area manually.
Sharing and storage. We do not sell your location data. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the app (for example, hosting and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
