Brand StoryFractional ownership in second homes is a new concept in India. At YOURS™, we work towards making this concept transparent, safe, easy to maintain, and also an asset to have in everyone's portfolio.

YOURSTM is a flagship concept launched in India and is a smart way to invest in a second home. Each YOURS ™ property is owned by a special purpose vehicle (private limited company), and this SPV can be owned by up to eight co owners. Each share allows you to use the property for an eighth of the time, or 45 days in a year. You can own up to four shares in a property of your choice or a share in multiple properties. You have the flexibility to manage your stay using our proprietary mobile app.
When a co owner is ready to sell their share, we offer it up to the other co owners first, should they wish to purchase the share. Please note that in the interest of fair use, the maximum number of shares you can purchase in a co owned home is restricted to four.
Absolutely! As a shareholder of the SPV that own the YOURS home, you have shared ownership of the entire asset
The YOURS ™ mobile app allows you to book your property during available dates, right from your smartphone.
YOURS™ villas offer a wide range of amenities and services designed to enhance your stay: Luxurious Accommodations: Spacious bedrooms, comfortable living areas, and modern bathrooms. Private Pools: Enjoy refreshing dips in your own private pool. Outdoor Spaces: Relax on terraces, patios, or gardens. Fully Equipped Kitchens: Prepare your own meals or hire a private chef. Entertainment Facilities: Enjoy TVs, sound systems, and board games. Concierge Services: Personalized assistance with bookings, recommendations, and more. Housekeeping: Daily upkeep and maintenance services. Security: 24/7 security for your peace of mind.
Our annual maintenance cost for each of the villa covers - property taxes, power and internet bills, villa staff salaries, pool and lawn maintenance, daily housekeeping and upkeep, replacement of furnishings, linens and toiletries, minor repairs(if any) and insurances of appliances. These AMCs are applied for each shareholders on a distributed basis.
Secured storage is available at the villa and personal belongings can be stored in this dedicated space.
YOURS™ has an expert team that will fully manage the home to exacting standards.
YOURS™ will select and manage aesthetically designed villas in scenic locations, starting with Goa, Alibaug, and the Nilgiris. Depending on the location, each villa will have well-appointed bedrooms, living and dining areas, gardens, and a pool. They will be furnished with all the modern amenities and staffed to cater to the daily needs of the owners. Leading lawyers and advocates who are experts in their region conduct the due diligence on each property.
Our process of booking a stay is completely managed through the app, which has booking rules embedded to ensure fair and democratic usage of the property by all shareholders.
